A young man sitting on a small wooden stool in a spacious industrial-style room with large windows, exposed brick walls, and string lights. He is wearing a dark shirt, black pants, yellow socks, and brown boots, with arms crossed and a serious expression.

Campbell Parker is a multi-disciplinary creative specialising in photography, videography, and audio recording. Trained at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland as a classical musician, he has spent over a decade immersed in the arts as a performer, organiser, and producer. His deep understanding of performance makes him uniquely attuned to the moments that matter, the breath before a phrase, the energy of an ensemble, the story behind the sound.

Based in Glasgow and Edinburgh, Campbell works throughout Scotland and beyond with clients including the Dunedin Consort, ABRSM, Scottish Ensemble, the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, The Glasgow Barons, Young Scottish Musicians, and many emerging artists. Thoughtful, conscientious, and technically assured, he is trusted to deliver recordings and visuals that enhance rather than interrupt, capturing performance at its most natural and expressive.

Whether producing an orchestral session, filming a live concert, or creating striking promotional material, Campbell brings a musician’s sensitivity and a producer’s precision to every project.

Most often found with a Sony A7IV, a few tripods, and a tangle of cables in tow, he’s happiest where art and performance meet.

“Campbell interpreted the Scottish Young Musicians brief and produced a useful video encapsulating everything we wanted. The first version was delivered promptly and further edits were turned around with speed until the final version was achieved. He was a pleasure to work with and would be happy to work with Campbell again and would recommend him to others.”

— Alan Kerr, Chairman Young Scottish Musicians

“Campbell was very professional throughout and made the recording experience enjoyable, offering helpful advice but also being receptive to our input. He spent some time making sure the set up was correct for us, adjusting balance and microphone placement. The end result was a very high quality recording which we were all impressed by. The files were sent to us promptly after the recording for us to choose the final take. We would definitely recommend Campbell for anyone looking to get high quality, professional standard recordings.”

— Resol String Quartet

“Recently we had a session with Campbell that has prepared us promotionally for a wide range of venues and media. Campbell took advantage of the space we were using to find shots that were in-keeping with our aesthetic without losing his own artistic flare. He explained to us the ideas he was having throughout the process so that we were all comfortable and engaged. We received high-quality photos very quickly that were perfect for social media as well as press-kits and posters.”

— Quartet Malamatina

"Campbell has a real gift for timing; his photographs have captured the most special moments and fleeting glimpses from our events. Our videography by Campbell conveys our venue's atmosphere perfectly. He was unobtrusive and professional, working around our artists and audience to record personal and engaging footage.
